二、任职要求
2.1基础要求
计算机相关专业，3年以上Java开发经验（能力突出者可放宽经验要求）
扎实的Java基础，熟悉JVM原理、集合框架、多线程等核心技术
熟练掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等主流开发框架
具备良好的编码规范和编程习惯，有较强的问题解决能力
可接受项目上的短期出差
2.2 技术能力
后端技术：精通Java开发，熟悉微服务架构设计与实践
前端能力：了解JavaScript、TypeScript等前端语言，熟悉Vue或React框架，具备基础前端开发能力
系统环境：熟练掌握Linux系统操作，具备Shell脚本编写能力
容器与云原生：了解Kubernetes容器编排技术，有实际应用经验者优先
中间件应用：熟悉Redis、RabbitMQ、Kafka等常用中间件的使用与原理
数据库技术：熟练使用MySQL等关系型数据库，了解数据库优化技术
