岗位职责
1. 负责后端业务系统的开发、维护与迭代，参与需求分析、技术方案设计和代码实现；
2. 基于Java技术栈完成接口开发、数据处理、业务逻辑编写，确保系统的稳定性和高性能；
3. 参与数据库设计与优化，完成SQL编写、存储过程开发，解决数据层性能问题；
4. 配合前端/移动端开发人员完成接口联调，保障前后端数据交互顺畅；
5. 排查并解决系统运行过程中的Bug和性能瓶颈，参与线上问题的应急处理；
6. 编写技术文档，包括接口文档、设计文档、测试用例等，保障团队协作效率；
7. 关注Java生态新技术、新框架，结合业务场景落地优化，提升开发效率和系统质量。
任职要求
1. 1年以上Java开发经验，有完整的后端项目开发及上线经验，熟悉软件开发全流程；
2. 熟练掌握Java基础语法、集合框架、多线程、IO/NIO、JVM等核心知识点；
3. 熟练使用Spring Boot、Spring MVC、MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus等主流开发框架；
4. 熟悉MySQL/Oracle等关系型数据库，掌握索引优化、SQL调优、事务处理等核心技能；
5. 了解Redis、MQ（RabbitMQ/Kafka等）等中间件的使用，有实际项目应用经验优先；
6. 熟悉Git版本控制工具，具备良好的代码规范和编程习惯；
7. 具备基本的问题分析和排查能力，能独立解决开发过程中的常见技术问题；
8. 有微服务开发经验（如Spring Cloud/Dubbo）、Linux环境操作经验者优先；
9. 具备良好的沟通协作能力和学习能力，能快速适应业务需求变化。
