3.具备项目策划、组织、执行和监控能力；
4.熟悉项目管理方法和工具；
5.掌握软件开发的基本技能和标准化流程；
6.具备编写售前方案、规划售前方案能力；
7.具备组织协调能力、沟通能力、领导力；具有团队合作精神。
