4. 寻找与公司需求匹配的供应商并统筹跨部门评估导入，同时负责管理现有合格供应商：包含但不限于商务谈判、定期评鉴、供应商资源优化整合、账期优化、合约签署、协助品质异常的求偿等；
5. 协助解决与供应商相关的异常事项，满足公司生产出货需求。
岗位要求：
1、本科学历；
2、具备5年以上采购（Sourcing）相关工作经验，熟悉机器人、手臂等材料；
3、具备市场调研能力，且有较强的逻辑思维能力、数据分析能力及解决问题能力；
4、熟练掌握采购管理相关的方法，具备熟练的供应商管理能力和采购谈判技巧；
5、具备优秀的沟通和协调能力，能够有效的与供应商、公司内各部门进行沟通与协调；
6、具备职业操守，有较强的工作责任心、主动性与抗压能力，能够以结果为导向，在日常工作中有重点、有策略、有效率的安排和推进工作内容。
