2、3年以上MES软件相关销售经验或3年以上MES项目管理经验（愿意转岗至销售）；
3、熟悉MES等数字化工业软件，对制造业熟悉，了解工厂的生产管理流程及常规痛点；
4、良好的信息搜集、分析、归纳、总结能力；
5、适应经常性出差，能够陌拜，掌握必要的销售技巧，具备顾问销售能力。
