岗位职责：
1、对接各业务部门，收集并整理系统需求，组织需求评审会议，撰写需求规格说明书，确保需求描述准确、可追溯
2、配合开发团队完善开发流程，推动规范化文档与交付标准建设，在开发过程中跟踪需求变更并及时同步各方
3、开发完成后执行初版功能测试，覆盖核心业务场景与边界条件，撰写测试报告；对反馈的Bug进行确认、复现与分类，跟踪缺陷直至修复关闭
4、作为对外窗口，负责业务平台（Scloud、VDS、SAP、金蝶等）的功能使用指导与问题解答，对平台问题进行复现、定位与升级处理
5、负责各业务平台账号权限的开通、调整与关闭，确保权限分配合规，定期核查权限配置
6、处理IT相关行政事务，包括到期合同评审与非采流程发起等，完成上级交办的其它工作任务

任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，3年左右相关工作经验
2、熟悉软件需求分析方法论，能独立撰写需求规格文档；
3、熟悉主流企业管理平台（ERP/OA等）的基本架构与使用；
4、具备良好的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能有效对接业务与技术团队；
5、具备较强的文档撰写与整理能力，逻辑清晰、表达准确
6、有ERP系统（SAP、金蝶等）使用或运维经验者优先；
7、具备基本的SQL查询能力者优先；
7、做事有条理、有闭环意识，能同时处理多线任务
