1、参与政务业务系统的需求分析、系统设计、编码实现、单元测试及部署上线；
2、负责核心模块的开发与优化，解决系统中的关键技术难题和性能瓶颈；
3、严格遵守政务项目的开发规范、BM要求、安全标准和项目管理流程，确保代码质量和系统安全；
4、编写清晰、规范的技术文档，包括但不限于设计文档、API接口文档、部署手册等；
5、与产品经理、测试工程师、运维工程师及其他团队成员紧密协作，确保项目顺利推进；
6、负责现有系统的维护、迭代升级和故障排查，保障生产环境的稳定运行；

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，软件技术、计算机科学与应用等相关专业；
2、1-3年Java开发实施工作经验；
3、具有丰富J2EE架构设计经验；精通java编程、设计模式和组件技术，深入理解JVM、多线程、集合框架等核心机制；
4、熟练使用uml、xml相关的开发工具和处理程序，熟练掌握主流开源框架，Spring MVC、SpringBoot、Spring、Mybatis等常用开源系统；
5、熟悉Tomcat、Nginx等服务器的配置、部署及性能调优；
6、熟悉MySQL或PostgreSQL等关系型数据库，有丰富的数据库设计经验，精通sql语言，对SQL性能调优有一定经验，了解Memcached,Redis等内存数据库；
7、熟悉linux，熟练使用代码版本管理工具svn，熟悉maven，有使用Jenkins、GitLab CI等工具的经验；
8、了解并能使用HTML5、CSS、JavaScript等前端技术进行协同开发；
9、掌握软件开发文档的规范、编写、维护，以及文档代码版本控制管理；
