岗位描述：
1、负责产品或项目总架构和项目实现技术，划分项目模块和分配项目任务，包括产品设计、研发计划，协调研发人员按期完成产品开发、试制与定型；
2、负责现有产品的或项目技术开发工作，根据行业发展和客户需求，更新、换代、二次研发计划，按期交付研发结果；
3、带领团队持续改进产品的整体架构、功能模块、开发需求，提高用户体验;
4、负责项目的需求确认、方案设计，对接设计及技术方，确保产品需求完整、正确传递;
5、负责现有产品或项目研发资源，规范研发评审、设计、测试和验收等管理和流程;
6、培养项目组其他技术人员的设计能力，指导和检查工程师代码开发工作；
7、全方面支持售前项目经理和销售的工作，把项目落实好，对一线工作予以支持。
8、持续关注并研究行业前沿技术，挖掘新技术在产品上实施的可能性，以保证产品在技术上的持续创新；
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业（30岁以内）；
2、熟练掌握Kafka、elasticsearch的相关技术栈；
3、熟悉大流量、高并发、高性能的分布式系统的设计及应用；熟悉安全机制及性能调优；
4、熟悉Linux常用命令，具备线上处理问题的能力及相关经验；
5、有分布式架构者经验优先；有Docker经验优先；
7、有网络安全行业产品研发背景者优先考虑;
8、具有优秀的管理能力和执行能力，良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，富有工作激情和事业心，进行技术难题的攻关和预研；
