岗位职责：
1、负责协助上级领导完成事业部总计划和总目标.
2、负责市场销售订单评审，综合协调生产及销售计划。
3、生产计划的编排与调度，生产物料的跟进与控制，成品出货安排。
4、协调内外资源，确保订单准时出货。
5、与外协厂商紧密沟通，追料、派线、生产。
6、对外协厂商相关不符合要求事项予以纠正，处罚等。
7、配合产品部的样机交付，配合销售样机交付进度。
8、制作科学与合理的表单，对影响订单出货的品质异常、产品线交付数据分析，可视化图表记录与发布。
9、召开订单评审会召开和各交付节点的跟进。
10、做好内部与外部的协调与关系维护，达到高效、准时、积极气氛的订单出货；
11、配合财务部对各类数据的核验。
12、跟踪与协调品质异常，出货产品号段的管控和记录。
13、上级交代的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，工业工程、物流管理、供应链管理、机械类、电子类等相关专业优先。
2、2-5年以上制造业PMC或生产计划/物料计划相关工作经验。有IPC、电子制造、通信设备、汽车零部件等离散制造行业经验者优先。
3、精通生产计划与物料控制（PMC）的整个流程，熟悉MRP原理。
4、具备极强的数据分析和逻辑思维能力，能熟练使用Excel等办公软件进行数据处理（如数据透视表、VLOOKUP函数等）。
5、具备ERP系统操作经验是核心要求。
6、优秀的沟通协调能力和抗压能力，能高效推动跨部门协作解决问题。
