岗位职责
1. 根据测试工程师需求，完成 LoadBoard 负载板、转接板 PCB Layout 布局布线设计。
2. 完成 DRC 设计检查，充分考量信号完整性 SI、电源完整性 PI、接地、阻抗、散热、DFM 可制造性。
3. 输出 Gerber、钻孔文件、BOM 清单、装配图等全套制板资料，下发 PCB 生产厂商。
4. 搭建、维护封装库与原理图库，参与项目设计评审。
5. 跟进 PCB 打样、贴片加工；板卡回厂后，协同测试工程师排查由 Layout 设计带来的测试异常。
6. 对接板厂、贴片厂处理工艺相关问题，做好版本管控与图纸归档。
7. 持续迭代优化负载板设计规范，降低测试误测、噪声干扰等问题。
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，电子、微电子、自动化相关专业。
2. 熟练使用 Altium Designer、Cadence Allegro 其中至少一款 PCB 设计软件。
3. 具备多层板 Layout 设计能力，掌握阻抗控制、接地、EMC 基础知识，了解 IPC 相关标准。
4. 有半导体 ATE LoadBoard 负载板设计经验优先；熟悉芯片测试流程者优先。
5. 能够读懂基础电路原理图，识别基础电路类问题。
6. 工作细致严谨，具备较强文档版本管控意识，可有效对接板厂与测试工程师开展协同工作。
