任职要求本科及以上学历，人机交互、计算机科学、数字媒体或相关领域专业优先。
具备3年以上UX/UI设计相关工作经验。
熟练掌握Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma等设计工具。
拥有扎实的视觉设计基础，对排版、色彩理论及用户心理学有深刻理解。
出色的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够在多学科团队中高效工作。
有移动应用和响应式网页设计经验者优先考虑。
