岗位职责：
1、参与银行金融相关项目的架构设计与搭建及持续迭代优化工作；
2、优化及创新现有团队开发流程、开发框架及项目管理模式；
3、负责技术架构方向把控、核心代码编写等工作。

任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年及以上软件研发经验，有银行开发经验优先；
2、具备团队管理、项目管理经验，沟通协调能力突出，有责任心，能承担压力，有较强的分析和解决问题的能力；
3、具备主导产品、项目的全生命周期的能力；
4、具备架构设计经验，熟悉分布式和微服务架构者设计；
5.熟练掌握SpringBoot，SpringCloud，Mybatis等主流开发框架并了解底层原理；
6、具备数据库(MySQL、OB、Oracle之一)设计、开发能力，熟悉数据库原理和常用性能优化和扩展技术；
7、具备MQ消息队列（Kafka、RocketMQ）设计、开发能力；
8、具备Redis/EhCache设计、开发能力；
9、熟悉银行信贷、账户、支付、理财、风控等系统者优先。
