岗位职责：
1、负责公司系统产品的后端架构设计、模块开发和代码维护，确保系统高性能、高可用、高扩展。
2、核心功能的架构与代码模板编写，开发与维护系统公用核心模块；
3、参与系统性能调优，解决数据库、JVM、缓存、消息队列等方面的性能瓶颈，保障系统在7x24小时工业环境下的稳定运行。
4、与产品经理、前端工程师、测试工程师紧密协作，编写高质量的技术设计文档。
岗位要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上Java开发经验。
2、具有扎实的Java基础，熟悉Java技术体系，熟悉IO、多线程、集合等基础知识，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、搜索等机制；熟悉企业服务总线ESB，熟悉RocketMQ、Kafka等消息中间件技术。熟悉缓存技术、服务器性能调优、集群技术处理、负载均衡、高并发架构设计。
3、精通 Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Cloud Alibaba 等微服务框架及其核心组件。了解物联网通信协议（MQTT/CoAP）及硬件集成开发方式。
4、熟练使用 Git、Maven、Jenkins 等开发运维工具。
5、熟练掌握常用数据库（MySQL、Oracle、SQLServer），精通SQL语句，具有数据库SQL调优能力；熟悉doris、tidb、mongodb、ES等MPP分布式和非关系数据库技术并在项目中有实际使用经验；了解有时序数据库（InfluxDB/TDengine）。
6、规范化的编程风格；较强的独立工作能力和团队协作精神；有较好的沟通表达能力；
7、有工作流引擎、ERP、OA、AI应用、物联网（IoT）、数字孪生、工业互联网平台等任何一种或多种系统开发经验；
8、了解船舶、海工、能源等行业业务场景，具备相关领域系统开发经验优先。
薪酬范围：9K到14K
试用期内开始缴五险一金，五险一金全额缴纳。
工作时间：双休上午8：30 -11：30 下午13：30-17：00
