3.精通Pyhton/Java/Golang，至少掌握其中两种；
4.熟练开发RESTful API、微服务模块，用户管理后台等；
5.熟练Agent开发框架（LangChain/LlamaIndex）或自研Agent系统；
6.熟练完成大模型的部署优化、完成微调训练与推理加速；
7.有物联网设备消息网关开发经验（MQTT协议栈定制/Qos保障)；
8.熟练编写prompt，能有效提升模型响应质量者优先；有智能体开发、LLM应用或相关AI项目经验者优先；有Coze、Dify、n8n等工具经验者优先；
9.有模型优化工作经验。
