任职要求：
1.3-5年Python后端开发经验；
2.熟悉FastAPI/Django/Flask中任意一种框架；
3.熟练掌握Pythonasyncio/异步编程，具备并发任务处理经验；
4.熟悉PostgreSQL或MySQL数据库，有良好的设计与调优能力；
5.熟悉Docker使用与容器化部署；
6.熟悉Linux环境的基本操作、日志分析与服务管理；
7.熟练使用Git进行版本管理，了解基本的分支策略（如GitFlow/FeatureBranch）；
8.了解Redis、RabbitMQ等常用中间件；
9.能在AI coding工具（如Cursor、Claude Code等）下完成前端开发；
10.对AI技术方向有兴趣，乐于学习和探索新工具与新技术。

加分项（非必须）：
1.有独立搭建开发、测试、生产环境的经验；
2.了解Nginx/Gunicorn/Supervisor等后端部署工具；
3.有CI/CD（如GitLabCI、GitHub Actions）使用经验；
