一、工作职责Responsibility
负责公司设备设施电气部分的定期维护、检修、保养；自制设备的编程，电气线路图的设计；针对安全、质量、效率进行自动化改造。Be responsible fthe regular maintenance, inspection repair of the electrical parts of all equipment facilities in factory. Programming of self-made equipment device, electrical circuit diagram. Automation activity to improve safety, quality efficiency
二、工作内容Job Description
1. 制定自主设备组装，调试规程Formulate independent equipment assembly commissioning procedures.
2. 负责Nelson的设备开发工作，例如自动化设备的研发以及工装夹具等的研制Responsible fNelsons equipment development, such as automation equipment development tooling fixture development.
3. 负责公司自制设备的程序编制、设备组装及调试，协助售后做好相关后续工作Responsible fthe programming, equipment assembly debugging of the companys homemade equipment, assist after-sales to do the related follow-up work.
4. 对设备故障进行分析并解决问题，组织维修团队进行高质量的维修以及制定预防改善措施，尽快缩短设备故障造成的停机时间Analyze solve equipment faults,ganize maintenance team to carry out high-quality maintenance formulate preventive improvement measures, so as to shorten the downtime caused by equipment faults as soon as possible.
5. 支持售后部门，及时有效解决客户现场问题Support the after-sales department effectively solve the on-site problems of customers.
参与制定所有设备维护保养的计划，分享设备的保养维修经验，对技术人员进行相关培训Make all equipment maintenance plans, share equipment maintenance experience, train technicians.
6. 搜集了解公司所采用设备比较前沿的相关技术，积极学习更新的相关技术，对自主设备进行更新换代Collect understthe related technologies of the equipment used by the company, so as to be updated replaced.
7. 推动设备的持续改善工作Promote continuous improvement of equipment.
8. 参与车间设备故障的抢修、设备事故分析、措施整改等，协助设备维修人员做好设备设施的维修、安全检查及排除等工作。Participate in workshop equipment failure repair, equipment accident analysis, measures rectification, etc., assist equipment maintenance personnel to do a good job in equipment maintenance, safety inspection exclusion.
9. 完成领导交待的其它任务Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

要求：
1、本科以上学历，电气工程或自动化专业
2、5年及以上相关工作经验
3、熟练PLC，如西门子，三菱，欧姆龙等
4、具有良好的分析问题、解决问题的能力，具有较强动手能力和团队合作能力。

八小时（8:30-17:30）双休，五险一金足额缴纳+补充商业险
