【岗位职责】
负责基于 FastAPI / Django / Flask 等框架开发高性能、可扩展的后端服务；
参与 AI 产品的后端架构设计、API 接口开发与性能优化；
对接和管理 AI 模型推理服务，支持大模型或微服务调用（如 OpenAI、LLM 本地部署）；
构建并维护数据库结构（MySQL/PostgreSQL/Redis/MongoDB 等），保证数据一致性与安全性；
与前端、算法及产品团队紧密协作，推动业务功能快速迭代落地；
编写清晰的技术文档、单元测试和接口文档，保障代码质量。
【任职要求】
精通 Python3，熟悉 FastAPI、Django、Flask 等主流框架，至少熟练掌握其中两种；
熟悉 RESTful API 设计，具备一定的接口安全、认证、限流等经验；
有部署及调用 AI 模型的经验（如 GPT/OpenAI、LangChain、LLM 微服务化）；
熟悉异步编程、消息队列（如 Celery、RabbitMQ）、缓存（如 Redis）；
掌握至少一种数据库（关系型或 NoSQL），具备一定 SQL 调优能力；
熟悉 Docker / Linux 基础环境，具备基本 DevOps 能力优先；
具备良好的编码规范、文档习惯和团队协作意识。
【加分项】
有 AI 工具集成（如图像生成、MCP、RAG 等）或 AIGC 项目经验；
有大规模 API 服务设计和部署经验；
有使用 OpenAPI/Swagger 文档自动化经验。
