岗位职责：
1、负责QC实验室质量管理体系的监督、管理、维护和提高，确保实验室日常管理符合cGMP要求；
2、负责QC实验室各区域的日常巡检工作，并形成检查报告，跟踪并督促现场检查不符合项的整改；
3、负责实验室OOX台账的管理，OOX编号的发放、OOX记录受控和OOX记录归档工作；
4、负责偏差、OOS、OOT、MDD和异常事件等的调查、评估和审核，并协助制定合适的纠正和预防措施；
5、负责QC实验室积分变更和无效检验等异常过程的审核工作；
6、负责QC实验室相关变更的评估和审核，并协助制定合适的变更控制措施；
7、负责QC实验室各类质量文件的审核，如超势分析报告、年度报告、质量标准、检验操作SOP、管理规程、风险评估报告等；
8、负责审核批检验记录、中控检验记录、COA/COT等；
9、负责QC实验室电子数据的审核，定期完成实验室电子数据审核和审计追踪检查；
10、负责取样计划执行的核查工作，根据日常监控取样计划、生产取样计划、稳定性试验取样计划等核查是否按要求进行取样、检验工作；
11、负责留样和样品处理的监管工作，确保留样和样品按要求进行处理；
12、参与公司内部自检和外审审计，积极准备并接待实验室区域的审计工作，确保审计通过；
13、负责完成领导安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1、本科或以上学历，化学、生物、药学、微生物学或相关专业；
2、5年以上QA工作经验，至少3年以上实验室现场QA或QC工作经验；
3、熟悉cGMP质量管理要求，熟悉FDA、EMA和NMPA相关GMP法规要求和数据可靠性指南；
4、具备良好的文档编写和管理能力，能撰写SOP、调查报告等；
5、具备分析和解决质量问题的能力，能进行根本原因分析（RCA）；
6、熟悉HPLC、酶标仪、Elisa、电泳仪、紫外分光光度计、红外检测仪等各种检测仪器，能胜任电子数据检查和审计追踪检查；
7、熟悉实验室信息管理系统（LIMS）；
8、良好的沟通协调能力，能与实验室人员、管理层及外部审计人员有效沟通；
9、注重细节，责任心强，具备团队合作精神。
