岗位职责：
1）负责完整的 Block level DFT 方案：DFTinsertion-扫描链重组-测试向量生成-DFT
测试等 DFT 全流程；输出 DFT 设计文档。
2）协助后端工程师完成 test 模式的时序收敛；
3）协助测试工程师进行 ATE 测试，debug failure，提高芯片良率；
4）研究 MBIST 设计、JTAG 技术、OCC 技术；
5）提升 ATPG 测试覆盖率及测试效率；
6）跟进项目 DFT 测试，汇报进度。

任职要求：
1）本科及以上学历，微电子、集成电路、电子信息、计算机等专业优先；
2）经验不限，有1-3年工作经验优先；
3）熟悉数字电路基础；
4）掌握至少一种脚本语言：TCL、perl、python、shell、Makefile 等；
5）有以下一种 DFT 设计经验者优先：Scan Chain/MBIST/Boundary SCAN/OCC。
