岗位职责：

1．根据需求规格说明书、原型，理解产品需求。

2．负责后端系统核心代码编写和按时交付，保证交付质量和负责版本维护。

3.负责相关子系统及业务流程的优化重构，开发过程优化工作。

4．维护系统的正常运行，能及时处理系统紧急事故和日常问题；

5.开发提升研发和运营效率的通用组件、工具。

任职要求：

1.年龄：不限；

2.学历：本科以上学历，软件工程/计算机科学与计算/物联网工程等计算机类相关专业优先；

3.工作经验：具有项目开发经验优先；

4.证书：具有英语四级证书优先；

5.能力要求

1. 熟练掌握Java语言和Java技术栈、拥有串口通信+TCP网络通信开发经验者优先；

2. 熟悉常见的Java中件间的使用，如：消息队列中间件、Redis等；

3. 了解至少一种前端框架的使用，如：Vue、ReactJS等；

4. 熟练掌握SQL语言以及关系型数据库基本设计和调优；

5. 具有良好的沟通能力和表达能力，善于学习，善于总结，工作积极主动，有团队精神，能够承受一定工作压力。

6. 熟悉常见的通信协议，如 TCP/IP、RS232/RS485、HL7、Modbus 等。

7. 熟悉至少一种辅助语言（如 Python、Go、C++），能够进行设备通信协议的开发和解析。
