任职要求
1.工作年限：5年以上

核心职责
1.对接业务、产品及第三方厂商，完成日常需求沟通、进度同步与问题闭环。
2.负责系统设计、接口规范、部署流程等文档编制与维护。
3.参与核心模块代码实现，把控开发规范，主导代码重构与性能优化。
4.线上问题排查与应急处置，持续优化系统稳定性与运行效率。
5.根据手册给客户进行系统部署。
技能要求
1.5年以上Java后端微服务开发经验，其中至少1个完整无人机平台或低空物联网项目的架构与落地经历（安消、应急救援场景优先）。
2.熟练掌握Docker、MySQL、Redis、RabbitMQ、Nacos、Elasticsearch等的搭建、性能调优及故障排查。
3.深入理解MQTT协议，有物联网设备接入、消息路由实战经验。
4. 熟悉视频流媒体服务（如ZLMediaKit、GB28181），能完成无人机实时视频推流与播放；
5.熟悉GeoServer或类似地图服务架构，能处理无人机轨迹、电子围栏、火点标绘等GIS数据。
6.熟悉大疆WPML航线文件格式标准，掌握无人机遥测数据解析、轨迹回放、飞行任务调度等核心业务开发；熟悉大疆MSDK开放接口，具备设备接入、指令下发、数据透传、任务调度对接经验。
7.擅长业务需求梳理，规范输出技术方案、接口定义、运维手册等文档；具备微服务集群多节点规划、环境搭建，擅长线上故障定位与性能优化。
