岗位职责：（有开关电源或模块电源行业者优先）
1.主导或参与新产品导入的整个流程（如EVT工程验证测试、DVT设计验证测试、PVT小批量过程验证测试）
2.召集并主持试产准备会议及试产总结会议，输出试产报告，推动问题改善关闭
3.负责试产跟线，收集、记录和反馈试产中的问题点，并提供临时处理方案
4.制定和优化生产工艺流程，撰写与更新作业指导书（SOP）、工艺流程图、控制计划（CP）等工艺文件
5.进行瓶颈工序改善，产能提升，以及自动化导入评估，实现降本增效
6.负责工时维护，新工艺、新材料的验证和开发
7.快速响应并解决生产现场的异常问题（如功能不良、品质异常），分析根本原因并制定长效预防对策
8.指导生产线员工作业，并进行必要的技能培训，负责产品异常的重工方法确认和现场指导
9.作为制造端与研发部门之间的桥梁，参与新产品导入前的结构、工艺、质量等方案评估，提出可制造性建议，负责工程变更（ECN）的确认、执行和文件修订

岗位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历、5年以上相关岗位的工作经验，有开关电源或模块电源行业经验更佳；
2. 具备电子电路的基本知识，熟悉电子产品生产工艺制程
