岗位职责：
负责公司核心政企信息化项目、重要产品的核心能力开发，主要工作如下：
1、负责公司核心系统的开发与维护，独立完成数据库设计、代码编写及单元测试，确保项目高质量交付；
2、参与系统架构设计，优化代码结构，提升系统可读性与可维护性；
3、修复系统缺陷，提升系统性能与易用性；
4、与前端团队紧密协作，完成功能调试与上线工作；
5、完成上级安排的其他技术任务。
职位要求如下：
1、熟悉Java/J2EE相关技术，熟练掌握MyBatis，Spring、Spring Boot，Spring Cloud、Shiro等主流开源框架；
2、熟悉Mysql、Oracle、redis、maven、nginx、RabbitMQ 等常用数据库/中间件的使用及调优；
3、能主导完成中大型系统的研发，包括系统设计、研发过程管理、疑难问题解决；有国产化数据库、国产化中间件化改造升级经验者优先；
4、具备一定的前端技术基础，熟悉JavaScript、JQuery、Ajax、Bootstrap及Vue框架；
5、具备清晰逻辑思维，抗压能力强，有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
