岗位职责：
在公司战略发展目标和总经理领导下，统筹COE部门的项目施工管理、工程质量管理、工程工艺管理等工作，领导管辖部门全体员工按项目开发计划完成工程目标。
1、负责模组pack生产工厂工程技术任务书的制定与执行。
2、负责生产项目工程规划与设计、工程造价预算管理等。
3、负责生产项目工程进度、质量、安全等管理。
4、负责对接R&D，制造工程工艺的可制造性转换。
5、全面管控产品工艺控制、工艺执行、工艺改进全过程。
6、持续改进制程效率与产品品质，降低物料损耗与制造成本费用。
7、负责制造设备开发&工具器具的设计配置，标准化工厂间的BBP。
8、参与新产品评审，从制造工艺技术角度提出合理化建议。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，不超过45岁，电气自动化/机械/工程工业相关专业背景；
2、5年以上相关行业工作经验，其中至少2年以上的工程管理经验。
3、了解电池模组 PACK工艺流程，质量管理，设备管理等相关专业知识技能。
4、具备新能源储能集成制造行业背景（至少PACK或集成其中1方面，全面优先）。
