岗位职责:
1. 负责新产品的导入工作，包括物料清单、图纸审查和技术沟通，以及新产品的报价；
2. 需要独立完成机加工从*前端的报价到整个订单项目的交付完成；
3. 负责新产品加工程序的编写，并制定刀具单；
4. 负责试制样品中特殊刀具的申购，并指定刀具规格及供应商；
5. 负责产品数控程序的编制、及时发放和收集整理；
6. 负责解决生产作业中出现的问题，保证生产顺畅和技术达标；
7. 协助开发外协供应商，并对外协供应商进行技术支持；
8. 参与项目评审会议，针对工程、品质重要控制点进行分析和评估；
9. 现有产线开发加工流程、装配和测试流程图和引进新工艺；
10. 指导团队制定产品工艺流程中的每道工序的程序、工步图、装夹示意图、包装示意图等相关工艺文件，用标准化过程文件支持过程的持续稳定生产；
11. 负责产品程序、刀具和设备的改进，推动质量的提升和生产效率的提高。
12. 积极参与技术革新与工艺改进，针对生产流程提出合理化建议；
13. 参与生产现场新品调试；
14. 样品试运行，样品报告问题分析和批准运行；
15.提高设备的效率和平衡产线节拍，实现精益改进和流程改善。

任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历，机械类相关专业；
2. 5年以上机械加工产品数控编程以及工艺编制、工艺管理岗位相关经验；
3. 熟悉机加工各类工艺（刀夹具设计及CNC编程）；
4. 熟悉常用机械加工设备操作，有5轴加工中心和车铣复合编程经验；
5. 有从基层做起的管理经验，有生产到工艺技术管理背景经验优先。
