3. 主导海外客户技术沟通，精准讲解产品机械、气动、液压及流体力学相关核心结构，解决客户技术疑问，输出专业技术支持；
4. 以双语开展工作，独立完成英文PPT制作、英文技术文档撰写，承担海外客户英文现场/线上Presentation，高效传递产品价值；
5. 研究海外消防领域英标、欧标、美标等主流标准差异，确保产品方案、技术参数及交付标准符合目标市场合规要求；
6. 持续学习消防装备相关机械工程、流体力学等跨领域工程知识，同步跟进行业技术迭代与海外市场动态，沉淀专业能力并赋能业务推进；
7. 维护核心海外客户关系，跟进售后技术反馈，推动二次合作及客户转介绍，搭建稳定的海外销售渠道。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，机械工程、流体机械、消防工程、等相关专业优先，具备消防装备行业销售或技术经验者优先；
2. 精通各类消防车型核心构造，熟练掌握机械工程结构、气动结构、液压结构及流体力学相关专业知识，能独立完成高质量技术方案与标书编制；
3. 英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言，能规范撰写英文技术文件、独立制作英文商务/技术PPT，且具备优秀的英文演讲与沟通能力；
4. 熟悉海外消防产品英标、欧标、美标核心要求及差异点，能精准对接目标市场合规标准，规避技术与合规风险；
5. 具备强烈的进取心与自驱力，有主动学习跨领域工程知识的意识与能力，能快速补全知识短板，适配海外复杂业务场景；
6. 具备优秀的商务谈判、客户需求挖掘能力，抗压性强，能适应海外出差及跨时区沟通，具备良好的团队协作意识；
7. 具备严谨的逻辑思维与细节把控能力，对标书编制、投标流程等关键环节能精准落地，保障业务推进效率与质量。
