（1）岗位职责
1.负责核心业务系统的设计与开发，确保项目高质量交付。
2.独立完成功能模块的需求分析、概要设计、编码实现及单元测试。
3.参与系统架构设计与重构，解决高并发、高可用场景下的技术难题（如性能调优、JVM排查等）。
4.编写清晰、可维护的代码，遵循团队统一的代码规范。
5.协助运维团队定位生产环境问题，提供及时的技术支持与Bug修复。
（2）任职要求
1.统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上Java开发经验。
2.Java基础扎实：精通多线程、IO、集合框架，理解JVM原理（内存模型、垃圾回收机制）。
3.熟练使用Spring Boot/Cloud全家桶，理解微服务架构的核心原理（如服务发现、配置中心、网关路由）。
4.精通MySQL，具备优秀的SQL编写能力及索引优化经验；熟悉至少一种NoSQL（Redis/MongoDB/Elasticsearch）。
5.熟练使用RabbitMQ/Kafka/RocketMQ等消息队列，理解其使用场景（削峰、解耦、异步）。
6.熟练使用Git、Maven/Gradle、Jenkins、Docker，了解K8s。
7.具备良好的逻辑思维能力和抗压能力，能独立解决复杂问题；热爱技术，对代码质量和细节有极致追求；良好的团队合作精神与沟通表达能力。
