一、岗位职责：
1、产品测试体系流程的建立与维护。
2、负责检验过程中使用设备、仪器日常维护与保养；
3、根据产品技术要求，编制检验规范,设计制作测试工装；
4、负责来料检验、过程检验、成品及出货检验；
5、参与供应商初始样品的评估放行工作；
6、负责所有物料承认书的归档和确认；
7、及时上报并反馈质量风险，追踪不合格品及品质异常处理；
8、协助试生产和样品评价。
9、部门内流程及品质相关检验标准优化以提升产品品质；
二、岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，电子类相关专业；
2、2年以上质量管理相关工作经验，熟悉ISO9001\ISO14001/OHSAS18001以及环境物质管理标准；能熟练运用SPC\FMEA\MSA和其他质量分析统计工具；
3、熟悉消费类电子产品的组装流程及检验标准，有同类产品经验者优先；
4、了解供应商的内部品质管理流程、以及可能出现的问题应对方式；
