任职要求：
1、计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的计算机科学基础。
2、至少5年以上Java开发经验，深刻理解Java生态系统及常用框架（如Spring、Spring Boot等）；
3、熟悉微服务架构，具备微服务系统的设计和开发经验。
4、深入理解数据结构、算法和设计模式，能够在实际项目中灵活应用。
5、熟悉数据库设计和优化，有丰富的关系型数据库（MySQL、PostgreSQL等）及非关系型数据库（MongoDB、Redis等）使用经验。
6、熟悉常见的分布式系统和中间件，如Kafka、RabbitMQ、Elasticsearch等。
7、具备优秀的问题分析和解决能力，能够快速排查和解决系统故障。
8、具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够在跨团队协作中发挥积极作用。
