岗位职责：
1. 负责Flutter跨平台应用的开发，协调处理Android/iOS双平台适配问题，能够独立完成开发工作；

岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2年及以上Flutter开发经验；
2. 精通Dart语言，深入理解Flutter框架原理及UI体系；
3. 了解部分移动端原生开发，具备良好的跨平台调试能力，能解决不同平台下的兼容性问题；
4. 熟悉常用设计模式，良好的架构思维，能够对 UI 、数据和逻辑进行分层；
5. 了解 flutter 领域常用的框架，熟练掌握其中一种框架开发模式；
6. 具备优秀的主动思考能力，能深入理解业务需求，设计合理的代码实现逻辑，确保代码质量与项目进度的双重达标；
7. 对技术有强烈的兴趣，喜欢钻研尝试*新的技术，具有良好的学习能力，沟通技能，团队合作能力。
