5、能够对子系统业务、中间件、应用服务器、JVM等进行配置，熟练掌握网络常识和服务器硬件的基本概念；6、具有全面良好的知识技能，在java领域是精通的，并对相关领域的知识有相当了解；

7、能够发现本专业业务流程中存在的重大问题，并提出合理有效的解决方案；

8、对WSA体系有全面的了解，并能准确把握各组成部分之间的相关性，并能在团队中胜任SM职责；
