2. 参与技术团队建设，指导初级/中级开发工程师开展工作，进行代码评审、技术分享，提升团队整体技术能力与研发效率，助力团队快速适配不良资产处置业务的迭代需求。

任职要求
1、计算机相关专业优先具备5年以上Java开发经验
2、熟练掌握 Java 基础（集合、多线程、JVM、IO、异常机制等）
3、熟悉常见框架（Spring、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis、Hibernate 等）
4、熟悉数据库（MySQL、PostgreSQL 等），掌握 SQL 调优
5、熟悉缓存、消息队列（Redis、Kafka、RabbitMQ 等）和分布式架构
6、熟悉 Linux 常用命令，了解容器化（Docker、K8s）优先
7、具备良好的编码习惯、学习能力和团队协作能力
8、有不良资产处置、金融资产管理（AMC）、银行不良资产相关系统开发经验者优先; 有AI 场景落地经验者优先
