职责描述：
1、深入理解业务，主导公司产品的架构设计和核心模块设计及代码实现；
2、负责确定公司平台的技术架构和技术路线，研究和探索创新的研发思路和前沿的技术应用到公司产品中；
3、参与重大项目的需求分析，编写技术解决方案和系统概要设计；
4、负责项目研发过程的技术评审工作；
5、负责国产化的适配研究和应用以及培训工作；
6、维护和改进公司内的相关技术标准规范；
任职要求：
1、计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，5年以上java项目开发经验，2年以上开发团队管理经验；
2、精通java EE，掌握面向对象设计和开发技术，了解设计模式，拥有良好的编码规范；
3、熟练使用主流开源框架，springboot，Spring MVC，MyBatis，Shiro，Dubbo等常用框架；
4、精通Oracle、MySql等数据库编程、数据设计及性能调优，具备国产数据库（达梦、人大金仓、PASS等）开发经验；
5、精通前端JavaScript语言，熟练使用easyui、bootstrap等UI框架，Vue前端框架，具备对ui层进行封装；
6、熟悉Nodejs及其开发框架express、Koa等；
7、精通前端JavaScript语言，熟练使用easyui、bootstrap等UI框架，Vue前端框架，具备对ui层进行封装；
8、熟练linux操作系统、熟练使用linux常用命令；对集群部署使用有一定经验；

10、具备良好的业务建模能力，能够结合业务场景抽象业务模型；
11、具有一定的商业敏感度，能够把握产品的需求价值，结合产品研发给出详细的技术方案。
