职责描述：
1、负责参与制定公司信息安全战略及管理体系的制度、流程和规范制定、有效落地以及持续优化；
2、负责公司办公安全防护体系运营，涵盖终端系统安全、办公数据防泄露（DLP）、办公数据安全合规体系建设、办公软/硬件供应链安全管理及安全运营能力建设，构建覆盖终端、数据、软/硬件供应链、Al应用的全链路智能安全防护体系，确保业务合规发展并有效防范各类安全风险。
3、负责建立公司信息安全标准，制定平台安全策略，安全加固，防范安全风险和应对攻击；
4、负责公司云平台业务系统的网络和安全规划设计，协助业务系统制定安全解决方案，确保核心业务系统安全稳定运行；
5、运维事件应急处置，建立快速响应机制，降低业务损失，定期开展运维安全检查与风险评估，针对隐患制定整改计划并跟踪落地，确保运维工作全链路安全可控。
6、配合内外部安全审计，定期进行漏洞扫描、安全评估、安全控制等，完善运维环境安全系统建设和管理；
7、关注新型网络安全漏洞、病毒公告，攻击方式并及时采取防范措施以保障公司信息安全，保障业务不间断运行；
8、负责团队及公司的安全培训和安全知识普及，帮助提升公司全员的信息安全意识；
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、网络工程、信息安全等相关专业
2、8年以上IT基础设施/运维/安全相关经验，3年以上团队管理经验
3、具备数据安全治理项目经验或有大型网络安全架构设计及运营经验者优先；
4、精通信息安全技术和相关产品知识；有较强的技术基础，具有分析网络、主机、数据库、应用系统的安全漏洞的能力；
5、了解典型的安全防护系统，如DLP、文件加解密、水印技术产品、NGFW、WAF、防病毒系统和运维堡垒机等；
6、有很强的沟通能力及推动能力，富有团队协作精神，能承担较大工作压力，有过大型安保行动（如：护网、大促等）PM经验者优先
7、熟悉主流 Al Agent 安全架构和大模型使用安全风险（Prompt 注入、数据泄露等），且有AI安全运营（智能告警研判、自动化响应编排等）实践经验者优先；
8、具有很强责任心与上进心，态度积极主动，较强的沟通及协调能力、学习能力与抗压能力，做事沉稳细致有耐心。
9、有CISA、CISSP等信息安全证书者优先。
