岗位职责：
1、依据产品需求评估技术可行性，输出稳定可靠的技术方案。
2、依照技术方案，完成高扩展、高质量的代码实现。
3、熟悉高并发、大数据相关技术，解决高并发业务场景下的技术难题。

任职要求：
1、计算机软件相关专业全日制本科及以上学历，3 - 5 年及以上工作经验。
2、基础扎实，熟悉数据结构、Java 编程、多线程等相关技术。
3、了解 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、Dubbo 或 gRpc 等微服务技术。
4、熟悉 MySQL/Postgresql 数据库，深刻理解数据库索引机制，优化 SQL。
5、熟悉 Redis/Memcached 等缓存技术，熟练运用缓存技术解决高并发问题。
6、熟悉 RocketMq、Kafka 等消息中间件。
7、了解 solr/elasticSearch 等搜索引擎技术。
8、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。
9、有财务或金融经验者优先。
