岗位职责：
1、主导轻量化材料开发与应用：负责研究和评估新型轻量化材料（如复合材料、铝合金、镁合金、工程塑料、碳纤维等）在电池包壳体、模组、支架等部件上的应用可行性。
2、与材料供应商合作，进行材料的性能测试、可靠性验证和成本分析，推动新材料在量产项目中的落地。
3、负责电池系统结构设计与优化：运用拓扑优化、尺寸优化和形貌优化等CAE（计算机辅助工程）手段，对电池包箱体、内部结构件进行创新性设计，实现“减材”与“增效”的平衡。
4、进行多学科协同设计与仿真：与热管理、结构安全、电气、电芯开发团队紧密合作，确保轻量化方案不会牺牲电池系统的热性能、机械防护（如碰撞、挤压）、电磁兼容性及电气安全。利用仿真软件（如Abaqus, HyperWorks, Star-CCM+等）对轻量化设计进行全
能力要求：
1.熟悉国内外矿山纯电设备的机械结构设计要求，具备对应的仿真推算分析能力；
2.精通矿山场景超大电量电池系统到PACK、模组以及电芯，各个层级的仿真技巧和控制方法；
3.具有电芯（*好是刀片电芯）层级建模和仿真能力，即电芯整体不视为实体，而是细化到电芯外壳、焊缝、极片等；
4.具有电芯和模组（*好是刀片电芯）膨胀仿真能力；
5.具有螺栓建模和仿真能力，不把螺栓简化为Beam单元，能仿真螺栓的应力、防松等；
熟练使用Hypermesh、Optisruct、Ls-Dyna等CAE软件，精于电池包模态、振动、冲击、碰撞、挤压、跌落等仿真;
