任职要求：
1、 211、985本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业
2、熟练掌握Java语言和JVM相关知识，了解设计模式，熟悉linux系统，Docker和K8S，熟悉Kafka、MySQL、Redis
3、良好的沟通与表达能力、逻辑分析能力和动手能力，能够不断学习新知识和技术，自我提升
4、具备Owner意识和自驱能力，团队协作能力，推进业务的不断优化和用户体验的提升
