任职资格:
经验与学历‌：
计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上Java开发经验，大公司背景优先。‌

技术能力‌：
精通Java和Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等开源框架；
熟练掌握分布式原理（如CAP定理、幂等操作）、中间件（如Redis、消息队列）、数据库优化（如ORACLE、MySQL调优）；
具备高并发系统设计、海量数据处理能力；
具备模块或子系统架构设计经验者优先；
有AI编程经验者优先

软技能‌：
