- 跟踪行业技术趋势，推动产品迭代升级；

2. 工艺设计与产线引进
- 参与产品从研发到量产的转化，主导生产工艺设计；
- 协同生产部门完成设备选型，确保产线品控达标；

3. 研发团队搭建与管理
- 组建高效研发团队，制定团队分工、技术培训及考核机制；
- 统筹硬件、软件、结构、测试等跨职能协作，确保项目高效推进；

4. 项目管理与资源协调
- 制定研发计划，把控项目里程碑，协调内外部资源解决技术瓶颈；
- 对接认证机构，确保产品符合国标（GB/T）、欧标（CE）、美标（UL）等国际标准；

任职要求

1. 基本条件
- 学历：本科及以上学历，电力电子、电气工程、自动化、机械电子等相关专业；
- 经验：5年以上充电桩/电源类行业经验，3年以上研发团队管理经验；

2. 业务能力
- 熟悉电动汽车充电桩的相关行业标准和国家相关法规，熟悉充电桩核心标准（如GB/T 18487.1、IEC 61851），有安规认证经验；
- 熟悉充电桩原理和结构等所涉及的电气原理，电气部件等专业知识，对充电桩故障分析和解决问题的能力；
- 熟悉充电桩充电产品开发及测试流程，熟悉充电桩生产工艺，熟悉国内常用的供应链资源；

3. 软性素质
- 具备创业公司所需的抗压能力、创新意识及快速决策能力；
- 出色的跨部门协作与供应商谈判能力，英语可作为工作语言者优先；

薪酬福利
