岗位职责:
1.全面统筹业务链人力资源全流程管理工作，深度对接业务，助力业务闭环运营与组织效能提升。
2.主导完成各部门岗位说明书、工作量化表、岗位职责文件从0到1编制，明确各岗位工作标准与权责边界。
3.搭建并完善薪酬绩效考核体系，打破平均主义，建立优胜劣汰机制，推动考核落地执行，支撑人员汰换与组织优化。
4.梳理制定全流程人事及业务运营SOP，搭建标准化内部管理体系，规范团队工作流程。
5.牵头推进人事体系搭建集中攻坚工作，入职首月完成核心管理框架搭建，后续持续优化迭代，解决团队人效低下、管理混乱问题。
6.完成薪酬测算等相关工作，主导人力制度方案设计、落地推行与效果复盘。
7.完成上级领导交办的其他人力体系搭建相关工作。
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，两年及以上人事实战经验（经验丰富者学历可以放宽至专科）
2.具备独立主导团队薪酬绩效体系、岗位体系、流程SOP从0到1搭建的成功项目经验，熟悉组织变革、人员优化
与提效落地方法。
3.能承受高强度工作压力，适应前期集中攻坚工作节奏，执行力强，可快速推进体系搭建并落地见效。
4.立场坚定，具备组织变革推动能力与掌控力，以结果为导向，认同企业效能优先管理理念，擅长通过制度规范优化团队管理。
5.具备优秀的沟通协调、问题解决能力。
