Job Responsibility
1. Collaborate with the Product Team to define continuously optimize the companys etching product R&D technology roadmap.
Ensure technological leadership, meet future customer demands, support companys strategic objectives.
2. Identify, evaluate, drive the application potential of advanced smart manufacturing technologies (such as AI Big Data) in semiconductequipment development. Proactively establish manage cooperative relationships with domestic international universities research institutions to facilitate the transfer of cutting-edge technologies. Lead participate in the integration application of these technologies the companys etching products to enhance product intelligence levels competitive edge.
3. Lead be deeply involved in market technical feasibility studies fnew etching product development initiatives. Based on research findings, be deeply involved in defining new product specifications conceptual design.
 
Requirement
1.Master’s PhD in Microelectronics, Materials Science, Engineering (PhD preferred).
2.5+ years of hands-on experience in advanced
logic/memory semiconductprocess development, process integrated experience. 
3.Etching expertise (e.g., plasma etching, RIE, ALE) is preferred;
4.Proven track record in cutting-edge technologies: sub-10nm nodes (FinFET/GAA), 3D NAND/DRAM, emerging memory.
5.Intrinsic motivation: Demonstrated passion fcontinuous learning (e.g., AI/ML applications in process optimization) with tangible outcomes (patents, publications, technical innovations);
6.Deep problem-solving: Ability to lead resolution of critical process challenges
