职位概述：
从事高压高频开关功率电子源的研发，产品应用于等离子、射频、工业高压电源等领域。要求工程师独立完成从方案到样机的全流程开发，解决高压绝缘、高频损耗等核心技术问题。
岗位职责：
1.负责10KV以上高压、400kHz~1MHz高频功率源的主电路拓扑设计、仿真与硬件开发；
2.完成高频变压器、电抗器等磁性元件设计及高压绝缘设计；
3.负责样机调试、测试验证、EMC整改及故障分析；
4.编写技术文档，支持产品转产。
岗位职责：
1.负责半导体CVD/PECVD/ETCH设备中射频等离子体源及阻抗匹配网络的设计、仿真与开发；
2.完成射频发生器、匹配器、电极结构等关键部件的选型、设计、调试与整机集成；
3.开展等离子体特性测试与工艺优化，解决射频反射、驻波、干扰等工程问题；
4.编写设计文档，配合机械、工艺团队完成整机联调与机台验证。
岗位要求：
1.硕士及以上学历，博士优先，电力电子与电力传动、电气工程、高电压与绝缘技术、自动化等相关专业应届毕业生。
2.具备扎实的电力电子理论基础，熟悉常用开关电源拓扑（如LLC谐振、移相全桥、LCC串并联谐振等）；
3.了解宽禁带功率器件（SiC MOSFET、GaN HEMT）的特性及其在高频开关电源中的应用；
4.熟练使用至少一种电路仿真工具（如MATLAB/Simulink、PSIM、PSpice、PLECS等）；
5.熟练使用至少一种PCB设计软件（如Altium Designer、PADS等）；
6.具备良好的英语阅读能力，能够阅读英文器件手册及技术文献。
