岗位职责
1、主导关键路径的信息架构与交互设计，保证业务闭环清晰、可感知。
2、产出高保真原型与交互说明（含状态、空态、加载、异常、权限与角色差异），能支撑研发评审与验收。
3、完成官网 / 工作台 / 管理端的 UI 视觉设计，建立并维护设计规范（色板、字体、组件、地图与数据可视化语言）。
4、设计「地图 + 列表 + 条件面板」等专业时空工作台布局，兼顾专业效率与现代 SaaS 审美。
5、与产品、前端、后端协作，参与方案评审、设计走查与上线后体验迭代；能用设计推动决策，而非只做美化。

任职要求
1、前沿设计审美：对当代优质数字产品（高端 SaaS、地图/遥感产品、AI 工作台）有持续观察与判断力；作品能体现克制、层次与品质感，拒绝模板化、堆砌式 UI。
2、原型与交互：熟练使用 Figma（或同等工具）等AI工具完成中高保真原型；能清晰表达复杂流程、多模态数下的交互逻辑。
3、UI 落地能力：能独立输出可开发的视觉稿与组件说明（含暗/浅色、响应式、关键状态）；对栅格、间距、字体、图标与动效有系统意识。
4、产品理解：理解 B 端 / 平台型产品；能把「时空数据 + AI 智能体 + 交易开通」抽象成用户可理解的路径与界面语言。
5、协作与表达：能写清设计说明、组织评审；接受快速迭代，对细节与一致性有强迫症级标准。

加分项
1、有地图、遥感、GIS、数据平台、开发者控制台或 AI Agent 产品设计经验
2、熟悉设计系统 / Design Token，能与前端组件库对齐
3、具备基础动效或微交互能力（如 GSAP、Lottie、原型动画）
4、能做轻量用研（访谈、可用性测试、竞品拆解）并转化为设计决策
