1、策划仓库管理的改进模式，缩短库存周期，降低库存； 2、在合理的成本下，准确、准时制定严谨的日工作计划并组织实施； 3、贯彻、执行公司安全生产管理制度，培训、指导仓储人员安全作业规则、流程、方法，督导员工按章操作，避免安全事故和工伤事故发生； 4、加强协调、合理优化原材料、成品库存周转， 5、根据公司绩效管理制度与流程制订储运部各岗位绩效考核计划，各指标评价标准及考核评估，确保部门考核目标达成； 6、根据仓储管理制度制定年度、季度、月度库存品盘点计划并组织实施，确保库存数据准确率； 7、制定物流配送管理品质和时效要求，确保货物安全、准时交付； 8、根据公司人力资源战略目标，管理、培训、指导、激励仓储团队，增强团队凝聚力，持续提高团队岗位胜任能力，进而提高储运部团队工作效率； 9、负责处理权限范围内各项事宜； 10、完成部门总监交办的其它工作
