岗位职责：
1. 在集团人力资源的指导下全面负责江西工厂人力资源管理工作，建立健全公司的人力资源管理体系，优化人力资源管理流程，提升组织效率；
2. 负责全面管理和优化员工关系，包括但不限于员工的入转调离、劳动纠纷处理、工伤事件处理、员工内部沟通等；
3. 负责江西工厂招聘管理工作，拓宽招聘管理渠道，及时满足人力需求，对招聘结果负责；
4. 设计和实施员工福利计划，确保福利政策的合理性和竞争力，提升员工满意度；
5. 定期组织员工满意度调查，收集和分析员工反馈，为管理层提供改进建议；
6. 与各部门紧密合作，及时了解员工动态，预防和处理潜在的员工关系问题；
7. 制定和完善员工关系相关政策和流程，提供专业的员工关系咨询和支持。
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上人力资源相关工作经验，2年以上团队管理经验者优先；
2. 对人力资源管理有深厚的理解和实践经验，熟悉人力资源各个模块的工作，擅长员工关系和招聘模块；
3. 丰富的员工关系管理相关工作经验，熟悉劳动法律法规，能够处理较为复杂的员工关系；
4. 优秀的沟通能力和团队协作精神，具备较强的问题分析和解决能力；
5. 优秀的组织协调能力和抗压能力，能够在压力下有效工作，具备优秀的职业道德和素养。
