岗位职责
1.负责公司业务系统的后端开发、接口设计及性能优化；
2.参与前端页面开发与功能实现，完成前后端联调；
3.参与系统架构设计、数据库设计及技术方案制定；
4.负责系统日常问题排查、优化及稳定性保障；
5.配合产品、测试及运维团队完成项目交付；
6.编写相关技术文档，持续优化开发规范与流程。
任职要求
1.计算机相关专业，1年以上开发经验或者应届毕业生；
2.熟练掌握 Java 基础，熟悉 Spring、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 等主流框架
3.熟悉 MySQL / PostgreSQL 等数据库，具备 SQL 优化能力；
4.熟悉 Redis、MQ、Linux 常用命令及常见中间件；
5.具备前端开发能力，熟悉 Vue、React、HTML、CSS、JavaScript 等技术；
6.具备前后端独立开发能力，能完成系统模块设计与开发；
7.熟悉 Git、Maven、接口开发及 RESTful 规范；
8.有良好的编码习惯、沟通能力及团队协作能力。
