岗位职责
1.负责实验室各类标准品及相关物料全流程采购，搭建稳定供应商体系，保障供应、严控成本与质量，具体职责如下：
2.负责化学标准品、对照品、中药标准品、杂质对照品及实验室中间品采购执行，按需求下单并跟进全流程，杜绝错采、断供，保障研发、质检工作有序开展。
3.负责合格供应商开发、筛选与资质审核，定期维护评估现有供应商，建立完善档案，优化供应渠道，规避供货风险。
4.实时跟进备货、发货及物流进度，做好订单跟踪并同步内部信息，快速协调处理供货延迟等异常问题并及时反馈。
5.配合仓库、质检人员完成到货清点验收，协助处理货品破损、错发等问题，做好退换货对接与台账登记。
6.通过比价、议价严控采购成本，遵守公司采购制度与行业合规要求，整理归档采购合同、单据等资料。
任职资格
1.大专及以上学历，化学、化工等相关专业，1年及以上医药行业采购经验，优秀应届生亦可。
2.熟悉医药标准品、对照品采购流程，相关物料采购经验者优先。
3.性格干练、执行力强，具备出色的沟通谈判、跨部门协调能力与成本管控意识。4.做事严谨细心、责任心强，能高效处理订单及异常问题，熟练使用基础办公软件。5.熟悉医药行业合规规范及GSP要求，持有相关供应商资源者优先。
