岗位职责：1、专科及以上学历，药学相关专业；2、3年以上药企或相关企业质量管理相关工作经验；3、有从事药品研发、生产、质量管理工作经验优先；4、熟悉国内GMP等法规要求；5、掌握常用的办公软件，及良好的沟通能力；6、具备较好的团队建设及团队合作能力；有责任心、原则性强，具备优秀的沟通协调能力和思维判断力，做事细心、耐心，具有独立思考和分析能力。
工作内容：1、负责质量部体系运行的工作，组织实施与GMP有关质量管理的规定。2、保证本公司产品生产检验过程符合GMP要求。3、对公司有关质量的人和事负有监督实施、改正及制止的责任。4、对检验结果进行复审。5、对新产品研发、工艺改进的中试方案及结论进行审核。6、审核申请备案产品的有关技术、质量书面材料。7、审核批记录。8、负责组织制定原辅料、包装材料的质量标准。9、因质量管理上的需要，会同有关部门组织编写新的技术标准或讨论修正技术标准。10、处理用户投诉的产品质量问题.11、定期（至少每年一次）会同各相关部门对企业进行全面GMP检查，并将检查情况及时报告。
