任职资格：
1.统招本科学历及以上，计算机或相关专业，3年以上Java 开发经验；
2.Java基础扎实，精通io、多线程、集合等基础框架，熟悉设计模式和代码规范，很强的代码编写能力、java虚拟机诊断和调优能力
3.熟悉常用的数据结构、算法知识；
4.熟练掌握Spring、Spring MVC、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、Dubbo等应用开发框架搭建。
5.掌握HTML5、DIV、JQuery、Layui、CSS 等基本的前端或APP开发技术，了解Vue、React或Angular框架；
6.具有丰富的SQL编写能力及优化技巧；
7.掌握Oralce、 MySql等数据库和Redis等缓存技术的使用，熟悉Intellij Idea、Git、Maven、SourceTree、Nacos 等开发工具的
8.对业务敏感，全程参与过大型业务软件平台项目，并在其中担当重要角色。
