我们正在寻找2位对鸿蒙生态充满热情、具备扎实开发能力的工程师。您将主要负责公司核心产品的鸿蒙原生应用（HarmonyOS）的设计、开发和优化工作。同时，您也需要维护现有的Flutter跨端项目。如果您渴望在万物互联的时代浪潮中构建卓越的用户体验，并乐于接受跨技术栈的挑战，我们诚挚邀请您的加入。

岗位职责：
鸿蒙原生开发：负责基于HarmonyOS的应用程序规划、设计、编码、测试、维护和性能优化。
ArkUI开发：熟练使用ArkTS语言和ArkUI声明式开发范式，构建高性能、高可用性的原生界面。
分布式能力应用：探索并实现鸿蒙特色能力，如分布式技术、原子化服务、元服务等，为用户提供无缝的全场景体验。
Flutter开发与维护：参与公司现有Flutter跨平台项目的功能开发、bug修复和性能调优，确保项目稳定运行。
技术攻关与创新：跟踪鸿蒙及其他相关技术的*新动态，研究新技术并应用于实际产品，解决开发中的复杂技术和业务难题。

任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，2年及以上移动端开发经验。具备良好的分析、解决问题的能力。
2、具备良好的鸿蒙开发基础，了解鸿蒙分布式特性、原子化服务、跨端迁移等核心概念。熟悉HarmonyOS系统架构和开发生态。
3、熟练掌握 ArkTS 或 TypeScript 语言，具备良好的编程习惯。
4、熟练掌握声明式开发（ArkUI）和类Web范式开发至少一种UI开发方式，有独立的项目开发经验者优先。
5、具备 Flutter 跨平台开发经验，熟悉Dart语言；理解Widget生命周期，能够使用常见组件进行UI构建和状态管理（如Provider、Bloc等）。

优先考虑：
1、有鸿蒙应用市场上架经验者。
2、对OpenHarmony有了解或贡献者。
3、对技术有强烈的好奇心和自学能力，乐于分享。
